If you apply permissions to a new profile instead of an existing one while accepting an invitation, you will have two profiles, one to access one project and another profile to access the other project. If you only want one profile, you can merge your profiles into one so you do not have to switch between them.

To merge your profiles:

1. Go to Manage your Profiles and Pending Invitations.
   Note: You can find this under Other Options when you first log in to Viewpoint For Projects™, before you select an Enterprise. If you are already logged in, you can click Change Enterprise in the navigation tree to be directed to that page.
2. Select each profile that you want to merge.
3. Click the Merge button at the top of the column.
   Restriction: Tender Profiles cannot be merged.
