Verify Portal Attachments Database

If your Vista attachments are stored in a database, verify that portal settings reflect the correct attachment database name.

  1. Select Admin > Portal Settings > Administration / Initial Setup.
  2. Select Show Advanced Settings at the top of the Portal Settings page.
    The Advanced Configuration section displays.
  3. Select Advanced Configuration.
  4. Verify the database name entered in the setting VPAttachments Database Name.
    For example, if you store attachments in the Vista database, enter Vista in this setting.
  5. In the list of modules on the left side of the Portal Settings page, select Portal Info.
  6. In the Administrative Actions section, select Refresh Synonyms.
