Job Requisition Dashboard Fields

The following table provides descriptions for the fields shown on the Job Requisition dashboard.

Access this page by selecting Employee Tools > Job Requisitions. For help setting up job requisitions, see Create a Job Requisition.

Field Details
Status / Search / Date Range Allows you to filter your grid view.
Note: New job requisitions default to Draft until you select Open Job Req or Post Job Requisition from the Recruiter Actions dropdown.
New Requisition Allows you to create a new job requisition. See Create a Job Requisition for help.
External Job View Allows you to open your external job posting site where applicants can search and apply for jobs. Your careers website uses your portal website URL plus the following: /Careers/browsejobs. For more information see Customize Your External Careers Site.
Go to JobTarget Allows you to open your JobTarget Dashboard where you can view your organization's job postings by status and access the JobTarget marketplace.
Note: This button is available only to customers who have configured JobTarget settings. JobTarget customers can also add a Posted in JobTarget column to the grid to quickly view and sort by job requisitions posted in JobTarget. For more information about JobTarget services, see JobTarget Integration.
Export to Excel Allows you to export your grid to an Excel sheet.
Recruiter Actions Allows you to perform any of the following actions for applicants selected in the grid:
  • Edit Details: Opens the Edit Job Requisition page where you can modify details for this job requisition.
  • Open / Close Job Req: Allows you to change the job status from open to closed or closed to open. For JobTarget customers, closing the job in the portal stops all job board postings for this requisition in JobTarget.
  • Post / Unpost: Allows you to post / unpost the job requisition on external job posting site. For JobTarget customers, this button allows you to push a job requisition to JobTarget.
  • Turn On Online App / Turn Off Online App: Allows you to turn on or off the ability for applicants to apply for the job requisition from your external job posting site or via JobTarget job boards, if you are a JobTarget customer. If you unpost a job, the Apply Online status turns off automatically.
    Note: If a job has Apply Online turned off, candidates may still apply to the job from the Job Requisition Detail page by using a PIN provided by a recruiter. See Job Requisition Detail Fields for more information.
  • Export PDF: Allows you to genearate a PDF of the job requisition details.
  • Job Req History: Provides detailed list of all actions taken on the job Requisition by date, including the action taken and the recruiter's name.
  • Delete Job Req: Allows you to delete a job requisition. Use this option only for job requisitions that were created in error. To preserve the job requisition history, close the job requisition instead of deleting it.
    • Onboarding / ATS Admins and recruiting managers can delete any job requisition. Recruiters cannot delete job requisitions.
    • Job Requisitions can only be deleted if there are no active applicants on the job. For JobTarget customers, deleting the job in HR Management stops all job board postings for this requisition in JobTarget.
Req Info This column allows you to open the Job Requisition Detail page for the selected job requisition. Job Requisition Detail shows recruiters all applicants for a selected job. Select the job requisition name or the Open in New Tab button next to the job requisition name to view job details.
Note: If the Open in New Tab button does not display, reset the grid layout by selecting the Grid Layout button and then selecting Reset Grid Layout.
