New Options Available After You Configure JobTarget
After your System Admin configures JobTarget settings, you will see the following changes on the Job Requisitions, Job Requisitions Detail, and Applicant Search pages.
Job Requisitions Page
- Go to Job Target: A button that displays above the grid in the upper right. Use it to access the Job Manager page in JobTarget where you can review all current job requisition postings, job activity, expired jobs, and details about your account.
- In Job Target: A grid column that you can add to the grid. This column shows a value of Yes or No and allows you to track, filter, and sort by JobTarget postings.
- Post Job Req: A pop-up window that opens via and shows the following options for jobs not yet pushed to JobTarget. See Push Job Requisitions to JobTarget for more information.
Job Requisitions Detail Page
- Push to JobTarget: For jobs not yet posted to JobTarget, this button displays above the grid in the upper right. Use this button to link directly to the job requisition in JobTarget.
- View in JobTarget: For jobs already posted in JobTarget, this button displays above the grid in the upper right. Use this button to link directly to the job requisition in JobTarget.
- Source: A grid column that indicates the method that a candidate used to apply to a position through a JobTarget job board. For example, JobTarget via LinkedIn displays for applicants who applied to a post that you pushed to LinkedIn through JobTarget. You can track, filter, or sort by this column.
Applicant Search Page
- Source: A grid column that indicates the method that a candidate used to apply to a position through a JobTarget job board.
