Custom Submittals Cover Sheet Merge Fields

The following table provides you with a list of Microsoft Word merge fields that are available in the downloadable and modifiable standard cover sheet template for submittals, in order to customize how your submittals look when they are printed or exported.

Merge Field Description
«Image_ProjectImage» Defaults to the project logo that you have uploaded in Project Settings.
«OurOrganizationName» Defaults to the name of your organization.
«ProjectCode» Defaults to the project ID set in Project Settings.
«ProjectDescription» Defaults to the description of the project set in Project Settings.
«ProjectMailingAddress» Defaults to the mailing address of the project set in Project Settings.
«ProjectCity» Defaults to the city of the project set in Project Settings.
«ProjectState» Defaults to the city of the project set in Project Settings.
«ProjectZip» Defaults to the ZIP/postal code of the project set in Project Settings.
«Title» The title or subject for the submittal.
«Description» The description of the submittal.
«ApproverDueDate» Due date for the contact responsible for approving the submittal.
«SpecSection» Specifications related to the submittal.
«SubmittalNumber» The unique identifier for the submittal.
«SubmittalRevision» Modifications to the details of the submittal.
«PackageID» ID for package related to the submittal.
«TodaysDate» Defaults to current date.
«ItemOwnerContactFirstLastName» First and last name of the item owner.
«ItemOwnerContactOrganizationName» Name of the item owner's organization.
«UpstreamContactFirstLastName» First and last name of upstream contact for the submittal.
