You can configure Team Mobile to download the latest revisions of drawings for selected projects to your mobile device when synched so they are available whenever you access the project details.

This may be particularly helpful if you will be using Team Mobile in a location that does not have Internet connectivity and still need to access project drawings.

1. Tap the menu in the top-left corner of the screen, and then tap Settings near the bottom of the screen.
2. From the Settings page, tap Drawing Preferences.
3. Tap Cache Latest Revisions Offline to view a list of projects.
4. Tap all the projects that include drawings you want to have cached on your device, and then tap the back arrow.
5. (Optional) By default, Team Mobile only caches drawings when a WiFi connection is available. To disable this setting, tap the slider next to With WiFi Only.
6. Tap Save to save your drawing preferences.
