Enterprise Management offers tools to help make managing your company's data easier and more secure.

Enterprise Installation

Use this screen to establish system-wide security settings. Access it in either of two ways:
  • System Administration > Installation > Enterprise
  • Enterprise Management > Maintenance

Cost Centers

A significant feature of Enterprise Management is the ability to create and apply cost centers and cost groups to your company or across multiple companies. Cost centers allow companies with multiple locations/divisions to choose which company records to share with other locations/divisions instead of having to share all of their location- or division-specific records.

For example, while each data entry transaction belongs to a certain cost center, it may be viewable across selected cost centers, depending on the operator's cost center security, as set up in the Operator Maintenance screen.
