Manage Tags
Use tags in conjunction with Permission Groups to organize and control access to Paginated Reports and Dashboards.
When you create a tag you can give it a name, a color, and then associate Permission Groups with that tag. When you apply the tag to a report, the members of those groups automatically have view-only access to that report as defined by the permission group that they belong to.
Note: For Spectrum users, in preparation for future
customization capabilities, tags can be used to control access to Dashboards.
About Viewing Reports
Permissions to view and run a report are granted by assigning the report to a tag and assigning the tag to a Permission Group.
