Issues Fixed in Vista Field Service 2021 R7

The following error message displayed during the update to version 21.06 if the name of the KDS-HRIM database had been changed prior to the update: KDS-HRIM does not exist.104419
Note: Resolved in an update after release 21.6+.
The system now requires https URLs entered in the advanced portal setting URL to redirect to when logging out of the portal. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Security / Login > Advanced Configuration.

After a user added hours worked to a scope, Billable Hours were not updating unless the page was refreshed.

The cost method was not showing on work orders with only one scope.

Improved loading speed and overall performance of the Work Order Dashboard.
For non-billable scopes, users were able to add or modify Billable Hours. Billable Hours are now hidden for non-billable scopes.104833
If a job with an existing customer had no Site Contact, the Trip Address displayed incorrectly. The Trip Address now defaults to the job address on work orders for the same customer if no Site is entered.
If any default cost types were left blank for an SMCo in the portal setting SM Default Cost Types, errors occurred and the text NaN displayed on the dashboard. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Field Service > Work Complete.104834
The not to exceed field label was showing the price method (for example T&M) instead of the words Not to Exceed Amount.104835
