Document Imaging

The Document Imaging module allows you to attach documents to records for vendors, jobs, customers, and employees, as well as create user-defined electronic cabinets, drawers, and folders for storing any other image files.

Any place in Spectrum where you see an Image button, you can scan or attach files.

Here is just a sampling of the document types you can scan and retrieve:

  • Accounts Payable vendor documents, tracking, invoices, and subcontract billings
  • Accounts Receivable customer documents, contract documents, change requests, change orders and cash receipts
  • Equipment documents: including compliance, statistical, and warranty documents
  • General Ledger documents and journal entries
  • Human Resources forms and documents
  • Job documents
  • Payroll employee documents and time cards
  • Project Management documents, change requests, change orders, custom issues, daily log, RFI, submittals, transmittals, and speed memos
  • Purchase orders and packing lists
  • Service Contracts (by site)
  • Work Order documents, job work orders, site work orders, and site address maintenance

Images and Reports

A number of Crystal-Link reports offer convenient drill-down capability via Document Imaging. Select Preview to access the reports.
