The Workflow module allows the Spectrum Administrator to define a series of steps to meet your organization's needs and objectives. The Workflow functionality will be fully integrated through the Spectrum info bar. Workflows will use the 'Status' field to prevent a record from being processed until the workflow has been completed.

The following workflows are currently available in Spectrum:

• Change Requests

• Draw Requests

• Journal Entry

• New Vendors

• New Customer

• New Jobs

• Project Log

• Proposed Purchase Orders

• Time Card Approval
