About the HR Resource Dependents Form

Use the HR Resource Dependents form to set up and define employee dependents. Dependent information is used in benefit tracking, such as health insurance, life insurance, COBRA benefits, and so forth.

You can access this form from the main menu or from the Dependents tab in HR Resources (by double-clicking the desired record or clicking anywhere in the line and selecting the Open Related Record in Form option from the Records menu).

Note: You can track changes to dependent information by checking the Dependents option in the Employment History Event section in HR Company Parameters.
