About the HR Resource Discipline Form

The HR Resource Discipline form is used to record and track disciplinary incidents for an employee.

This form may be accessed from the main menu or from the Discipline tab in HR Resources (by double-clicking the desired record or clicking anywhere in the line and selecting the Open Related Record in Form option from the Records menu).

For each incident recorded, you specify the discipline code (i.e. reason) for the disciplinary action, a description of the incident, and the action taken as a result of the incident. If suspension occurred as a result of the incident, you can indicate how many days the employee was suspended, whether or not a warning was given, and when a follow-up review will take place.

Note: You can track changes to discipline information by checking the Discipline option in the Employment History Event Options section of HR Company Parameters.
