About the HR Resource Grievances Form

The HR Resource Grievances form is used enter and track grievances filed by employees.

This form may be accessed from the main menu or from the Grievances tab in HR Resources (by double-clicking the desired record or clicking anywhere in the line and selecting the Open Related Record in Form option from the Records menu). For each grievance recorded, you specify the date the grievance was filed, a description of the grievance, the outcome, and if applicable, the hearing and final appeal dates.

Note: You can track changes to discipline information by checking the Grievance option in the Employment History Event Options section of HR Company Parameters.
