You can provide information regarding specific subcontracts.

This screen is accessible from the 'My Subcontracts' dashboard app, or from the Subcontract Kiosk menu item on the Spectrum Site Map.

• The My Subcontract Manager screen provides summary information about this specific subcontract. The dollar value of approved and unapproved invoices displays along with any billings in process and remaining contract value. You can also use this screen to enter the current period quantity and amount completed.

• Links are provided to the My Subcontract Billing Entry screen to record work completed and to two reports: one shows subcontract activity and the other shows the quantities and amount on the submitted bill.

• Document Imaging is available if authorized, and images affixed to the pre-billing will remain attached to the A/P invoice permanently. After the entry has been finalized, that user will click the 'Submit' option. At that point, the software will generate an unapproved A/P 'subcontract billing' invoice and route it to the 'First Reviewer'. The 'My Subcontract Manager' page, plus access to 'My Subcontract Billing Entry', the 'Subcontract Activity Details Report' and the 'Unapproved Billing Report' will be excluded from Spectrum User Count limitations.
