Trimble Work Center Widgets

From the Work Center home page you can use widgets to access projects, reports, and work items from your applications.

Note: For widgets that display data from a product, you must have appropriate access to the corresponding product in order to see the data, or to link to the product from the widget. For information about troubleshooting widgets, see Troubleshooting Widgets in the Work Center.

View the Accubid Anywhere Estimates that you have access to. Note that any overdue estimates are indicated with a red overdue message.

View the Accubid Anywhere Projects that you have access to.

Project Management

ProjectSight Assignment Status
View summary and detailed information about ProjectSight items assigned to you organized by status.
  • To filter by status, select the status from the summary graph. You can also select the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget to view the summary or to choose a status to use as a filter.
  • To filter by item type, select the Item Type drop-down menu, and either select an item from the list, or use the search field to find the item.
  • When filtered by status, you can select the link for an item to open ProjectSight in a new browser tab and access details for that item.
ProjectSight Portfolio

Access your ProjectSight portfolios.

ProjectSight Assigned to Me

Access the ProjectSight items assigned to you. You can view all items, or search for an item by selecting the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the widget and typing the item name in the search field.

Trimble Connect Projects

Access your Trimble Connect projects.

Viewpoint Team Assigned To Me

Access the Team work items, daily logs, and forms assigned to you. You can view all items, or search for an item by selecting the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the widget and typing the item name in the search field.

Note: If you belong to more than one enterprise in Team, projects and work items from all your enterprises are shown.

Viewpoint Team Projects

Access your Team projects. Projects are listed in alphabetical order. You can search for a project by entering the name of the project in the Search field.

Note: If you belong to more than one enterprise in Team, projects and work items from all your enterprises are shown.

You can select the Manage All Projects link to open the project management page in Viewpoint Team where you can access all projects, as well as create, delete, or archive a project.

If a Viewpoint Team project includes work items such as Submittals, RFIs, Issues, or Daily Logs, you can select the dropdown arrow to the right of the project name to view a summary of the work items for that project. You can also select the work item type to open the summary page for that work item in Team. For example, if a project included Daily Logs, you could select "Daily Logs in Progress" to open the Daily Logs page in Team.

Accounting and Financials

Accounts Payable
View a summary of your Automatic Invoicing batches, view the status of recent batches, and access them, or add a new batch.
  • From the Summary view, you can select the Total Open Batches link to open the Accounts Payable page where you can access all batches in progress.
  • To continue working on a recently saved batch, from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget, select the Recent Batches view, and then select the name of the batch.
  • To add a new batch, select the plus icon.
Note: This widget requires access to Automatic Invoicing in either Vista or Spectrum.
Unapproved Invoice Aging
View detailed and summary information about unapproved invoices in your Vista enterprise organized by due date. This widget includes details on the latest 500 unapproved invoices.

To filter by due date, select the due date category from the summary pie chart. You can also select the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget to view the Overview or to choose a due date category to use as a filter. Selecting an invoice opens Vista Web where you can access the list of invoices.

If you have access to more than one enterprise, you can switch between them by selecting the Enterprise ID from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the widget.

Note: For invoices listed in this widget, opening them requires invoice review security permissions in Vista Web.
Unapproved Invoice List

View the list of unapproved invoices in your Vista enterprise. The list includes the invoice number, amount, and date for each invoice. Selecting an invoice opens Vista Web where you can access the list of invoices.

If you have access to more than one enterprise, you can switch between them by selecting the ID for each enterprise from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the widget.

Note: For invoices listed in this widget, opening them requires invoice review security permissions in Vista Web.

Resources and Materials

PowerFab Planned Load Status by Job
Tekla PowerFab users can view summary and detailed information about planned loads organized by Item Type and Status.
  • To filter by status, select the status from the summary graph. You can also select the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget to view the summary or to choose a status to use as a filter.
  • You can use the drop-down menu next to Job to filter by Job.
  • When filtered by status, you can select the link for a Job or load to open Tekla PowerFab in a new browser tab and access details for that Job or load.
On!Track Tool List

View the On!Track tools and equipment for your enterprise, including the equipment number, year, manufacturer, model and equipment status. You can change the enterprise you're viewing by selecting the down arrow in the upper-right hand corner of the widget.

Analytics & Reporting

Analytics
Access your Trimble Construction One Analytics dashboards or reports, Trimble SysQue Analytics, or Trimble FabShop Analytics.
  • Team Reporting: Select to open the Team Reporting page in Trimble Construction One Analytics.
  • Dashboards:. Select to open the Dashboards page in Trimble Construction One Analytics.
  • SysQue Analytics: Select to open Trimble SysQue Analytics.
  • FabShop Analytics: Select to open Trimble FabShop Analytics.
Note: If you belong to more than one enterprise in Trimble Construction One Analytics, when you select Team Reporting or Dashboards, the following screen allows you to select the desired enterprise.

HR Management

Spectrum Employee Self Service

Access the Personal Info page or Earnings page for your account in HR Management for Spectrum.

HR Approvals for Spectrum

View the status of HR approvals for the companies in your Spectrum enterprise. Select a company name to open the Employee Dashboard page for that company in HR Management for Spectrum.

Note: This widget requires access to Approvals in HR Management for Spectrum.

HR Onboarding for Spectrum

Depending on your permissions in HR Management for Spectrum, you can use this widget to send an onbarding invitation, access onboarding pages in HR Management for Spectrum, and view a summary of new hire progress.

  • Invite New Hire: HR specialists with permission to invite new hires to onboard will see the Invite New Hire option . Select this option to send an onboarding invitation.

  • New Hire Dashboard: Visible to HR specialists with permission to Manage New Hires and Initialize to Spectrum.

  • Hiring Process Setup: Visible to HR specialists with Profile Admin permissions.

  • New Hire Progress Snapshot: HR specialists with permission to Manage New Hires and Initialize to Spectrum will see a current summary of new hire task progress for their profile groups.

Note: For the HR Approvals and HR Onboarding widgets, if you have access to more than one enterprise, you can switch between them by selecting the ID for each enterprise from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the widget.

However, in order for the links in those widgets to work, the selected enterprise for the widget must match your selected enterprise in HR Management for Spectrum. You can change the selected enterprise in HR Management for Spectrum by going to the main menu , selecting Change Enterprises, and then selecting a different enterprise.
