Troubleshooting Widgets in the Work Center

If a widget in the Work Center does not display data as expected, you may be able to resolve the issue with some troubleshooting steps.

Note: Currently, all available widgets appear regardless of whether or not you are licensed for the product that corresponds to a given widget. If you do not have access to the product for a widget, that widget may indicate that data is currently unavailable.
Widgets pull data directly from the products you use. If the widget cannot access the data, it will display as unavailable. There may be a few reasons why that might occur. If it does, try the following:
  1. Refresh the page. In some cases, a widget may be temporarily unavailable due to slow data loads from external sources.
  2. Confirm that you have access to the product for that widget. If you do not have access to the corresponding product, the widget cannot identify you as a user in that system and will display as unavailable.
  3. Check that the widget data source is functioning. Sometimes an external system may be down, which could cause the widget data to be unavailable. To check for any product incidents or outages, refer to the following status pages.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, you can contact Support for assistance. The following site includes links to Support resources for Trimble Construction One: https://construction.trimble.com/en/trimble-construction-one/support
