Send Welcome Email
Send welcome emails to individual employees, all current employees who have not yet logged in to the portal, or automatically to new and rehired employees.
To send a welcome email to an individual
- Select , and locate the name of the employee who should receive the email.
- Click the Gear icon next to the employee's name, and select Send Welcome Email.
To send a welcome email to all current employees
who have access to the portal but have never logged in:
- Select .
- Select the More button in the upper right, and choose Send Bulk Welcome Email.
To send welcome emails to new or rehired employees
automatically if they are:
Enable the portal setting Welcome Email: enable automatic emails to new and rehired employees located under .
- New employees who have access to the portal, have never logged in, and have not previously received the welcome email.
- Rehired employees who are within four days (96 hours) of their rehire date, have access to the portal, and have not previously received the welcome email.
