Edit Location Calibration Points

Once a drawing has been calibrated and saved, you can create and place new calibration points, move existing calibration points, and remove unneeded calibration points.

You do not need to remove a drawing in order to edit the calibration points. If a drawing replacement has been updated, it must be accepted before you can edit any calibrations. Device users must sync the project to see the new points.
  1. Confirm you're working in the correct project.
  2. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Project Setup. Select Drawings.
  3. Select Drawing Calibration.
  4. Select the location of the drawing from the left pane.
  5. Select the Edit Calibrations checkbox.
  6. See or hide the task and form pins on the drawing by selecting or clearing the Show Task and Forms Pins checkbox.
  7. To add a new calibration point, click the line of the current calibration where you want the new point. If needed, press and hold the mouse button and drag the point to its exact spot.
  8. To move an existing calibration point, click and drag the point to where you want it.
  9. To remove a calibration point, hover over the point and press Delete on your keyboard. You may need to click on the drawing first. You cannot remove a calibration point if the drawing has only three points.
The calibration points will be edited on the drawing.
