Add a Form in Plan View Web

Add a form in the plan view using the web application to a specific location on a project.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Plan View.
  2. Select the location for the form in the location list. The drawing displays.
  3. Select +Add Form. A pin displays in the drawing.
  4. Drag the pin to the Form location and select Continue.
  5. If the pin was placed within a calibration, select the associated element and choose Continue.
  6. In the Select Type field, choose the type of form you want to add to the project.
  7. In the Select a Form Template field, choose the form template that you want to use.
    Form template names display in the following format: Form Template Name (Form Template ID) - Form Version. For example, JobForm (10035) - v(2).
  8. Choose Create.
Field View creates the form. Complete the information as needed.
