  • Document Library

    • Report Server database names that include a period (.) are now accepted.

  • Onboarding / Applicant Tracking

    • The direct deposit step can now be made optional during onboarding. When setting up an Onboarding Profile, instead of a check box for Include Direct Deposit, you will now see a drop-down field with the following options: Include Direct Deposit (Required), Include Direct Deposit (Not Required), and No Direct Deposit (No Direct Deposit is the default).

Note: To include the direct deposit step (as required or optional), you must enable the portal setting Initialize New hires to Payroll. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > General Configuration. See Configure Direct Deposit for Onboarding for details.
    • New portal setting Custom text to show on Direct Deposit page allows you to add custom rich text to the direct deposit step (if enabled) that new hires see during onboarding. Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > Custom Headers.

    • If you have enabled the portal setting Initialize New hires to Payroll and attempt to initialize onboarding records with incomplete W-4 or I-9 information, the following warning message now displays: SSN is blank. Disable the "Initialize New hires to Payroll" portal setting to initialize this new hire to HR Resources in Vista.

    • In the emergency contacts step in Onboarding, the Add New button has been renamed Save for improved usability. Previously, new hires had to select Add New in order to save their emergency contacts.

    • When the Unapproved filter on Timecard Approval is selected in the Status drop-down, only submitted timecards for users that the logged in user has Approval permissions for are displayed. Previously, the Unapproved filter would also show employees they have enter approval for and approval permission.

    • The Time Worked By Employee section has been removed from the Grid Timecard Bulk Clock window. For individual Time Worked entry, users should use the Grid Timecard Time Worked section when you filter to one employee when portal setting Enable full time worked editing on Grid Timecard page outside of modal window is enabled.

Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock.

    • Direct Company Logins are now supported for Kiosk Mode. In a browser tab, navigate to your Direct Company Login URL (if enabled), and replace the "/Login" portion of the URL with "/KioskLogin." See the example below:

This setting replaces the portal setting Allow employees to enter time for Classes other than default, which was a check box. With the update to 22.5:

      • If you had not enabled the former setting, the new setting defaults to 0.

      • If you had enabled the former setting, the new setting defaults to 1.

Setting location: Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Job Approval.

  • Crew Timecards

This process will allow users across multiple templates to bring in timecard lines from Clock In and Clock Out records. It is recommended to use this setting only with Daily Timecard Templates on the Grid Timecard.

If timecard lines are added through this process, selecting Create From Timeclock again will clear the lines that were previously added.
Note: This portal setting should not be used with the other auto created timecard lines options: Enable the ability to create unsubmitted Timecard Lines from Time Clock actions, Enable the ability to create submitted Timecard Lines from Time Clock actions, or Auto Create Timecard Line on Clock-Out.
