Troubleshooting Field Management Mobile Logins

Viewpoint ID logins do not transfer to Field Management Mobile.

Mobile users who were set up with Viewpoint ID must also be set up with an ID and password for logging in to the mobile app. At this time, they cannot log in to the mobile app with their Viewpoint ID.

To help these users access the mobile app, a System Admin can do either of the following from the User Access page:

  • Send each of these users the welcome email, which allows them to set up a password. See Configure Welcome Email for help.

  • Or, provide each of these users with their initial password. See Set Initial Password for help.
