Bug Fixes

Viewpoint For Projects™ 2018-01 Desktop contains several bug fixes that improve ease of use and performance. The following bug fixes are included in VFP 2018-01 Desktop.

Workflow email notification subject line missing project name 61726 Fixed an issue where the project title was missing from the email notification subject line.
Error received when uploading with custom fields including multiple drop-downs 64851 Fixed an issue where the user received a "Request Entity Too Large" error when custom fields with multiple options were applied to a location when using the Explorer plugin.
When a scheduled upload is created, desktop app runs but gets stuck in an infinite loop 66011 Fixed an issue where, when the user created a scheduled upload creating a scheduled upload on Viewpoint For Project Desktop (VFPD), the upload failed, and the app reattempted upload indefinitely.
Custom fields require minimum length even though fields are optional 44849 Fixed an issue where optional custom fields became required in Explorer plugin if a minimum length was set/specified.
Logging in with details from another region causes a generic error 66773 Fixed an issue where, if the user attempted to log in to VFPD using username from a region their app was not set to, they received a "There was an unexpected error" error instead of notification instead of an incorrect username/password message.
Users cannot upload or download if a container contains a slash 67068 Fixed an issue where users could not upload or download to a container where the path contained a slash ("/").
Items with names split using multiple periods are causing incorrect item revisions when being uploaded 67284 Fixed an issue where items with names using multiple periods (".") were causing incorrect item revisions when being uploaded.
When removing offline items and clicking "Cancel" on the warning, changes not saved 67332 Fixed an issue where, when the user was removing offline items and clicked "Cancel" on the warning resulted in unsaved changes.
Container appears to be empty in VFP Desktop 68864 Fixed an issue where containers appeared to be empty in VFP Desktop, but files were all available in the Web App.
