Logon Access Times Maintenance
Use this screen to set up the times during which employees can log in to the application.
Setting up access times can help you ensure that operators are not able to log in during recurring events that are not date-specific, for example, if your system maintenance occurs every Friday evening, or if you always perform system backups at night.
On the Site Map screen, open a new tab and select System Administration, then select the Security option. Select Logon Access Times Maintenance to open this screen.
- Operators attempting to log in to Spectrum outside of the access times you specify are denied access.
- Operators who were logged in before the appointed time are able to remain logged in even after the access time period ends.
