Manage Job Assignments

The Job Assignments module allows you to assign users to Jobs to limit their access in the portal.

  1. Select Field Tools > Job Assignments.
  2. In the field “Job” begin typing the job you would like to make the assignments for. You will need to enter at least three numbers or letters to begin your search.
  3. After you have selected your job, navigate to Add an employee to this job. Search and then Add.
  4. To remove an added employe, select Remove to the right of their name.
    Some users may have to log out and log back in again to see new restrictions.
