"Unable to view document" Error Message

If you get the error message, "Unable to View Document" when you try to open an email in Field Share, you need to change the message type from .msg to pdf.

  1. Right-click on the email drop box container and select Configure > This Container.
  2. Expand the Email Drop Box section.
  3. Change the selection for Message Type.
    If you want to be able to view emails from Field Share Select pdf.
    If you want the email to exlude the primary message and include only attachments Select exclude.
  4. Click Finish.
