Time Clock Dashboard

Timecard Admins and authorized approvers can use the Time Clock Dashboard to view employee start / stop times and clock status or modify clock entries by pay period.

Details shown on the Time Clock Dashboard include clock-in and clock-out times, total hours worked, jobs, photo validation status (for users capturing photos in the Offline Time Clock Kiosk in Field Management mobile).

Access the Time Clock Dashboard by selecting Employee Tools > Time Clock Dashboard.

To set up an authorized approver who is not a Timecard Admin, go to Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard > Time Clock. In the portal setting User groups to allow access to the Time Clock Dashboard, enter a PRCo and User Group (and optionally a PR Group). Users added to this setting will gain access to the Time Clock Dashboard page for the PRCo and PR Groups specified.
