Delete Items

You can delete items you no longer need by right-clicking on the mouse icon. If there are previous revisions on the item, the item will revert to the previous revision.

  1. Open the document container that contains the item that you want to delete.
  2. Right-click in the column and click Delete
    Restriction: You can only select this option if you have the relevant permissions.
    The Delete Current Document Revision window will be displayed.
  3. Use the Reason field to enter why you are deleting the item.
  4. If there is more than one revision on the item, the Revision to be used as the current field will display. Use this field to select the revision that you want to revert the item to.
  5. Click OK.
The latest revision of the item is deleted. If you use the Explorer plugin, you can delete all revisions of an item at one time.
