MFA Invalid Code and Other Issues

Once you have multi-factor authentication set up on your smart phone, other issues may arise that will need resolution before you can continue using MFA with VFP.

These issues may include:
  • No access to the device used to set up MFA
  • Invalid 6 digit code or need a new code to scan

Email VFP support to report these and other issues using the same email address used when registering for VFP.
