Use Containers

You can define containers to organize items in VFP.

Containers are similar to folders in Windows Explorer. Containers act like folders because they group items together, and they can hold other containers allowing you to organize items.

Containers are highly configurable. In addition to basic settings, you can specify security settings that determine who has access to view the container's content. You can also choose the groups that receive notification when an item is added to the container.

There are several different kinds of containers that you can use, depending on the items you want to store and what features you want to use.
