Track User Invitations

Enterprise administrators can track and resend user invitations from the Admin Center in Trimble Construction One.

Note: This is step 5 in the process to Invite Employees to Employee Self-Service. Before continuing, be sure to complete step 4, Migrate Employee Users to Trimble Construction One (Trimble ID).
  1. If you haven't already, log in to Trimble Construction One.
  2. Select your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
    Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

    If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

    The selected Enterprise Info tab appears.
  3. Select the User Management tab.
  4. Review the Status column.

    Active users have accepted your invitation.

  5. If a user's status shows as Invitation Expired, resend the user's invitation by selecting Resend Invitation in the same grid line as that user's name.

    A confirmation message displays, and the user receives a new invitation to Trimble Construction One. If a user has already accepted the invitation, you cannot resend it.

    Note: On the User Management tab, the HR Management Role column will show a role of None for employee users. The other HR Management roles, Admin and Specialist, are reserved for your HR team members. See Enterprise Administration for descriptions of each HR Management role and how those roles apply to Employee Self-Service and Onboarding.
Verify That Employees Can Access Employee Self-Service.
