What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2023 R3
The 2023 R3 release of HR Management for Spectrum delivers enhancements to the Personal Information and Permission Groups pages in Employee Self-Service. This release is available as of 3/29/2023.
Personal Information
New! Add Personal Pronouns and a Preferred Name
On the Personal Info tab, employees can now add Personal Pronouns and a Preferred Name to their profile. These fields are saved to HR Management only and are not currently used in Spectrum.
Permission Groups
New! Set Permissions by Cost Center
When creating or editing permission groups, you can now set permissions by cost center for companies that have cost centers associated with them.
- On the Permission Groups page, if you add a company that has associated cost centers, a Cost Center section will display.
- To apply permissions to specific cost centers in a company, select those cost centers from the Add Cost Centers (optional) list. If you want permissions to apply to all cost centers in a company, leave that company's cost centers section blank.
