What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2024 R3
The 2024 R3 release of HR Management for Spectrum allows employees to access their 1095-C forms in Earnings and includes enhancements to pay stubs. This release is available as of 3/25/24.
Earnings
New! 1095-C forms now available

Employees can now access their 1095-C forms from their Earnings page in Employee Self-Service.
As part of this change, the Tax Statements tab has been renamed Yearly Forms. Employees can select the Yearly Forms tab to view their available 1095-C forms (in addition to their W-2 forms). See View Pay Stubs or Tax Forms for details.
Enhanced Pay Stubs

Improved the consistency in headers and punctuation on the PDF version of employee pay stubs.

Removed the Other Earnings section from the Pay Stubs Page. This section was not being populated by Spectrum. Instead, other earnings information is sent to the other sections of the pay stub.
