Finalize Action Items

Timecard managers or assigned approvers can finalize action items that have been submitted for review.

  1. Select Employee Tools > Action Items.
  2. Select an action item from the grid. To search for an existing Action Item, use the filters at the top of the page:
    • Depending on your permissions, you can filter by date range, Status (All, Submitted Only or Not Submitted Only) Employee, and Action Description (the name of the template used for the Action Item).

    • You can also use the Search field to search for a specific template by Action ID, Action Description, Reviewed By, and Employee.
  3. Review the information that was submitted.
  4. If the information is incorrect, notify the user. The user will need to create a new checklist and resubmit the form.
  5. If the information is correct, select Finalize this Action Item.

    The item status changes to Finalized on the Action Items dashboard.
