The Action Items module allows users to create and assign forms for your teams to complete and submit to others for approval. Forms are created based on templates and routed for manager review.
Before employees can use Action Items, a System Admin must enable the Action Items module and complete required configuration steps in the web portal. Configuration includes assigning Action Items Admins and enabling the Action Items module for users.
All users who are given access to the Action Items module will see an Action Items option on their My Tools menu.
Action Items Admins will also see an Action Item Templates option on their Self-Service Admin menu.
