Summary Tab

Use the Summary tab in the Manage Estimates screen to subtotal costs from the Estimate tab using the WBS codes that are entered for each cost item.

Important: If you don't select WBS codes for cost items in the estimate, you cannot use the Summary tab.

The Summary tab displays the totals at the bottom of the screen. If you have filtered the estimate, the Summary tab will sum the filtered data.

Note: Multiple users can work on the same job at the same time in the Summary tab. Each user can specify which levels of WBS codes are summarized. Use care when setting Divisors and Baselines, since these are stored with the job and can be changed at any time, which may affect any comparisons you are making.
