Add Employer's Information Requirements

You can add Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) clauses to display to all users under the Project Guidance tab of the BIM Home page.

EIR clauses define the information that is required by the employer from both their internal team and from suppliers for the development of the project and for the operation of building once complete.
  1. In the navigation tree, select a BIM container to display the BIM Home page.
  2. Click Configure Project Protocols and select the Employer's Information Requirements tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Add a New Clause.
    A blank row is added to the table.
  5. In the blank row, select a clause type from the drop-down list.
  6. Enter the clause text where indicated. If you selected Custom Clause in the previous step, enter a title and description of the clause as well.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 as necessary.
  8. Click Save.
