Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

If you have enabled VFP's multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added, 2-step security to protect from data breaches and hackers, you can email support to disable it or disable it yourself using your verification app.

To disable MFA, ensure that you have a two-step verification app (such as Google Authenticator) on your phone, as you will be required to enter a 6-digit, time-sensitive code from the app in order to disable MFA.

If you don't have the verification app, email support from the same email address you used when registering for VFP.
