Add Items and Folder Structures by Drag and Drop

You can add items to Viewpoint For Projects™ by dragging and dropping items into Windows Exporer. If you drag and drop folders, the Desktop App automatically creates a container structure in Viewpoint For Projects™ that mimics the file structure of the folders you are uploading.

  1. In Windows Explorer, double-click on the Viewpoint For Projects™ drive and browse to the document container that you want to add items to.
  2. Drag and drop items or folders there.
    Tip: If you drag and drop folders, a container structure corresponding to the file structure of your folders will be automatically created in Viewpoint For Projects™.
  3. Upload your added items to Viewpoint For Projects™.
