You can generate links for public items in a container and share them with individuals who don’t have access to VFP. When generating the link, you can specify its expiration date. If you select the Set Link Expiration Date checkbox in the Share Public File/Folder window and don’t set the expiration date, it will automatically default to 90 days from the current date.

1. Expand your project in the navigation tree.
2. Click the required container and select an item.
3. Click the mouse icon and select Copy public link to display Share Public FIle/Folder window.
4. Click Copy button to copy the link of the item.
5. Select Include Sub Folders checkbox to share all the sub-folders of the item.
6. Select Primary Files Only checkbox to share only the primary file of the item
7. Select Set Link Expiration Date checkbox and set the expiration date and time for the link.
8. Click Close.
