Employee Dashboard Fields
The following table provides descriptions for the fields shown on the Employee Dashboard in Employee Self-Service.
HR admins and HR specialists can access the Employee Dashboard from the Employee Self-Service home page by selecting the Employee Dashboard icon under HR Admin Tools. Or, they can select the main menu in the upper left corner of the home page, and then select Employee Dashboard. The employee grid refreshes immediately based on search or filter selections in the dashboard fields.

|Company drop-down||Allows you to filter the grid by company.|
|Search by name||Allows you to search for an employee by entering their name or a portion of their name.|
|Approvals||Allows you to filter the grid by Personal Information changes
that are pending HR approval.
Note: HR specialists must be assigned permission to approve Personal Information changes. See Permission Groups for details.
|Filters||Allows you to access the filters for Cost Center, Craft Master, and Payroll Department.|
|Cost Center||Allows you to filter the grid by Spectrum cost center. After you select this drop-down, select the check box for each cost center that you want to use to filter the grid.|
|Craft Master||Allows you to filter the grid by craft masters (unions) set up in Spectrum. After you select this drop-down, select the check box for each craft master that you want to use to filter the grid.|
|Payroll Department||Allows you to filter the grid by Spectrum payroll department. After you select this drop-down, select the check box for each payroll department that you want to use to filter the grid.|
|Employee grid||Refreshes based on your search or filter selections. The grid includes the employee name and, if available, the employee's job title, department, and mobile phone number. Select an employee's name in the grid to view information on file for that employee. See View Employee Details for assistance.|
