Admin Settings

Manage settings that control the features available and permissions assigned in Employee Self-Service.

HR admins and authorized HR specialists can access Admin Settings from the main menu in Employee Self-Service.

Note: HR specialists can view information only for employees who fall under their permission groups. See Permission Groups for details.

Admin Settings Overview

Admin Settings are organized into the following sections:

  • Enterprise Settings: Allows HR administrators to set companies as active or inactive in an enterprise and to control the Employee Self-Service features that employees can access for a selected enterprise.

  • Permission Groups: Allows HR administrators to determine whose employee information HR specialists can view from the Employee Dashboard and to assign approval permissions.

  • Personal Info Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to the Personal Information section of Employee Self-Service.

  • Notification Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to employee notifications.

  • Earnings Settings: Allows HR administrators to configure settings specific to employee paychecks and pay statement templates.
