The Benefits module allows employees to review their current elections, submit life event changes, and complete open enrollment based on your Benefits configuration in Vista.

Important: If you are not using Benefits in Vista, you will not be able to use the Benefits feature in the portal.

After their elections are approved, the benefit codes that employees elect in HR Management are added to their HR Resource Benefits in Vista.

Before you can use Benefits, your System Admin must enable the Benefits module and complete required configuration steps in Vista and the HR Management web application.
